POLICY OF REFUND, REPAIRMENT AND REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGE
We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality. If there are some problems on the goods, you have right to guarantee your benefits.

Different products have different warranties, so make sure you contact us before the deadline. If you don’t know the warranty of your item, you can contact our staffs before making a purchase.

1. Return & refund with quality issue

Products with quality problem can be returned for full refund.
Customer need to send the products back to us, When we receive the products, We will give an full refund.

2. Replace

Products with quality problem can be returned and replaced.

Customer need to send the products back to us, When we receive the products,We will replace new ones and ship back to customer.

We will pay shipping fee for the replaced products we ship to the customer.

3. Repair

Products with quality problem can be returned and repaired.

Customer need to send the products back to us, When we receive the products,We will repair and ship back to customer.

Buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides.

4. Exchange

If you are not satisfied with any of our products due to a fault, you can send them back to us for an exchange to another product, in this case, we don’t pay the fees, you send the item back and you need to pay the difference between product costs etc.

5. Return for “not satisfied” reason

Because the international shipping fee is very high and most of pictures on LEEMANLEDSCREEN.com are taken by ourself with real products. So we do not give full refund for returns without quality problems,like “not like the picture”,”not as imagining” or just “not satisfied”. Before placing large quantity order, please have sample first.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product within 3 days after delivery to receive a replacement or a refund of its price minus the shipping fees. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways.

Please ensure to return the item with its original packaging and accessories in the same condition as when you received it.

We will reduce the shipping fee from the order total amount means a partial refund.

Important Notes

All customers should contact Customer Service for approval before sending anything to us before returning any item(s). EEMANLEDSCREEN.com will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance. When contacting LEEMANLED.com please include the following information:

Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or box
Partial shipment slips (if applicable)
Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective item
Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area
Please keep all packaging material and partial shipment note(s) as they’re needed for returns. After mailing back the products, please be sure to provide us the tracking number of the returned package, if there is no tracking number available, a picture of shipping receipt is necessary. If neither of them can be provided, we might have to hold processing for you until the package arrives at our warehouse which may take one to two months, please kindly note.

Refunds are made via the payment method you originally used to order. Customers are responsible for all payment fees (if any) issued during processing and transfering any refund.

If possible, please make sure you have checked the package contents before you sign for it. If you see any visual damage or it feels empty, please refuse to accept it and contact us. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the integrity of all products as is and CANNOT refute the shipping charges for the empty package.

As our return warehouse is located in China, please send item back to us through local post office instead of express service like DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX…as it likely will incur import taxes when it reaches customs and it may also be delayed during the customs clearance process. If we can’t receive the item we can’t arrange a replacement or repair.

Please send the item back according to our return policy. If it cost too much custom duties or the parcel is not trackable via tracking number and customer name, we will reject your return parcel by express.

Please remember to include a note in your package indicating the following details:

your order number;
SKU numbers returned and quantity;
A short description of the problem(s) of the defective item(s).
This note will help expedite the processing time for you.

If you don’t receive your item, or the item is significantly different from its description in the seller’s listing, PayPal Buyer Protection covers eligible transactions for up to the full purchase price plus original shipping charges. (Some purchases aren’t eligible for this program, including vehicles in the Motors category, capital equipment in the Business & Industrial category, and Real Estate.)

An item is covered by PayPal Buyer Protection if:
*You purchase the item on LEDMANDISPLAY.CC.
*You use PayPal to pay for the item.
*You correspond with the LEDMANDISPLAY.CC using the email address info@ledmandisplay.cc.
*The seller’s listing is for a physical item—services and intangible items aren’t covered.
*You file only one claim per PayPal payment.
*You open the case no later than 180 calendar days from the date of your PayPal payment and – if you need to – escalate it to a claim no more than 20 calendar days after you open your case.
*You meet the PayPal Buyer Protection requirements outlined in Section 13 of the PayPal User Agreement.

Short view:
1.Warranty: All the products you buy from us will have a 30-day money back guarantee and 12-month repairt warranty.
2.Return: Please contact our support team for a RMA number before you start a return. All the return package without a RMA number will not be accepted.
3.Repair: For defective after a period of right use, we will evaluate your product and send you the replacement part if necessary.
4.Condition: Make sure your products meet our warranty conditions. You may voids your warranty if you do not follow the rules.

Warranty period
1All warrantees begin from the date the product is received. If a product develops a fault during the warranty and the fault is due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we will accept a return within 30 days.
12 months Manufacturer’s Repair Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged or misused after receipt, and problems caused by logistics).
Defective items MUST BE reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
Right Of cancellation Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods purchased or from the day of the conclusion of the contract, in the case of services or digital content not supplied in a tangible medium (e.g. CD or DVD).
You must send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and return the item.

What should I do if my items arrived damaged?
Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.If this has happened, please follow these steps:

If possible, raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the goods. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.
If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. They will have a complaining procedure which will enable you to get compensation.
Next, contact Leeman immediately with your order number and a full description / pictures of the broken item issue. We will contact the courier company from our end.
Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate Leeman, and we will pass on this compensation to you. The compensation varies from case to case and is different for each delivery company. In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to Leeman in order for us to send out a new piece.

What should I do if my products go broken after a period of use?
In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as below:

The photos of original LEEMAN package with front and back sides.
The photos or video of the defective item(s).
The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s).
We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement as soon as the problem is confirmed.
Sometimes you may need to ship the defective item back to us for free repair service or a new replacement. Customer should cover the return shipping fee, and LEEMAN is responsible for the shipping costs of arranging reshipment by air mail.

Warranty Exemptions and Notes
Product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by our warranties. If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.

The customer voids the warranty if they:
Open the body in an attempt to fix the device
Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product
Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for
Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage
All returns must first be authorized by LEEMAN Support team prior to return. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization (R.M.A form), sends to the wrong address,
returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty box, there will no compensation permitted in such cases.

Special Notes:
During the return shipping, the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, excise duties or tariffs during the item return to China. In these cases we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.
LEEMAN will ship the item to the customer via Flat Rate Shipping by default. If the customer wants to utilize a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping fee is applicable.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
